Parabis legal went into adminastration in Nov last year. They had 4% of the UK pi market. They were backed by private equity. Not sure what other legal abilities they had. Total assets were sold off for 70 million pounds. It's hard to accurately value the UK assets. It would seem there is considerable pressure to take the legal profit incentive away from pi legal firms.
