Equally, in due respect, I have never said that SOI are not an issue - Always advocated consolidation on my part. 8bil shares is just too big.
No one has actually pointed out LC's mismanagement. I think the lack of communication could be an issue though. Good management is a requirement for any successful company so we can agree on that.
It's OK if you dismiss any comments I make - that is always going to be a personal choice anyway. That is always an available choice on a public forum.
I do recall IMU raising $200mil a few years back so they don't seem to have issues raising capital - though I do wish they would allow retail investors the chance to participate in those raises.
