After hours of researching the ongoings of CMY loaning $500k to BCC back in 2015 and CMY taking action for the non repayment of the loan to them in the district court in Western Australia.
Can someone please explain what was the outcome with the courts decision. I cannot find anything on it, this is a major bargaining tool to finalise a great deal with BCC.
