    Read the announcement called 'Medicinal Marijuana update' released late March by memory to have a read.

    CMY recouped $250k of the $500k loan and also received the rights to negotiate a deal with BCC for 90 days.

    This IMO is why the $3m CR happened recently - to fund the deal. Read the rest of the posts around the CMY forum and you'll soon get a picture of where we are at.
