When is SIR expected to be in production and mining operations started? I take it SIR is still an explorer at this stage, seems to be some options being exercised and no doubt sold into the high prices now. Take note how many keep being exercised as it will dilute the sp at some stage soon or when things calm down, everything gets re-rated at some point.
