Magnolia LNG, a subsidiary of LNG Ltd., applied to FERC for a certificate for the 1.08-Bcf/d export project in May 2014. Kinder Morgan Louisiana Pipeline applied to FERC for its expansion in July 2014. According to a July 2015 draft EIS, Magnolia plans to begin construction in early 2016, pending FERC approval, and to put the first of four liquefaction trains into service in December 2018. Kinder Morgan Louisiana Pipeline plans to begin building its facilities in January 2017. (CP14-347, CP14-511)
