Remember this announcement from May? Can some one please ask about the progress of the agreement at the AGM tomorrow? It has been their only announcement about a commercial agreement and there has been no news since.

Environmental Clean Technologies announces Contract for Sale of Coldry Coal Pellets
The Chairman of Environmental Clean Technologies Ltd (ASX:ESI), Mr Murray d’Almeida, and the
Managing Director, Mr Con Galtos, announced today that the company has executed an agreement
with Indian company, Abhijeet Infrastructure Limited, for the company to sell Coldry coal pellets to
Abhijeet, commencing in late 2009.
The agreement is conditional upon the completion of due diligence investigations by both parties, the
negotiation of a service agreement, and the company securing sufficient coal resources.
