For those interested I was wondering whether the recent spate of activity by ROC in China has anything to do with its strategic direction. I was reviewing this article on rigzone regarding the release of substantial new exploration blocks in the Tarim basin. Cooperation with Chinese is a requirement and I would not be surprised to see ROC as a bidder...
