They will take the stock and sell it, (until the debt has been satisfied), but they will have to show that they have exausted all avenue to get the best possible price for it. They cannot have a fire sale because they would risk getting sued themselves.
My opinion is, that it will never, ever, get to that and forget what the downrampers are saying.
