The share price is irrelevant when comparing one company to another - don't bother looking at it. The market cap is the share price * the shares on issue. So the reason for a variance is simply SCQ has less shares on issue which gives it a higher price per share.
I.e.
BCN has 2.8bn shares * $0.039 = $115m Market Cap
SGQ has 487m shares * $0.10 = $40m Market Cap
Very concerning if this is not understood.
