Why so MANY CR and Placements?

Why not 1 LARGE CR and Placement?

1/ bcoz banks wouldn't touch it with a barge pole , as they will look at income and expenses and forget the balance sheet and say "Mr Palermo you are the Chairman/ Company Secretary and an accountant to boot, how can you run a business based on DREAMS"

2/ bcoz of bad management by Palermo

3/ bcoz Palermo does not have a business plan (has anyone seen one), just DREAMS and SPECULATION

4/ bcoz it's a CASH COW for Palermo and a quick get rich scheme CPPS and SOPHS

5/ bcoz there are existing and new shareholders who get sucked into Palermo's DREAM AND SPECULATION

History determines PNO over and over again

Just on this current CR/ Placement of $2.1M, forget where the $$$ are going, but how many tubes of Thermalife have to be sold?
