It's not the licence or title that is key here it is and has always been the contractual obligation of PT IMN to bring us on board when this was all approved after which we / IAU are required to divest ourselves of another 30%.
This is simply a case of a dishonored contract basically taking a partner's money and running and is criminal fraud in my book.
The Indonesia Government should step in and resolve this for their own sake otherwise IAU should take out full page ads in some of the international major newspapers and get on the front foot and explain the situation; something I would approve as a shareholder. Furthermore, SP as part of plan to force IMN back to the table should threaten a to expose these criminals via his media company. They may have billions but he has a TV station. Snap!!
In any event would like to hear something official soonish.
