Roger - These options are an option to buy ZYL shares at five cents in March 2005(maybe even before but I'm not sure, it just depends on the option conditions).
What price will they be in March 2005 you may ask? Well one persons guess is pretty much as good as anothers, so there tends to be a bit of variance between what people are willing to pay for them at any given time until then. Hence the option to buy shares at 5c in 2005 will be great if the share price is at 20c or so, but not so great if the company crashes or doesn't move up any further.
