Does that mean in simple terms if I buy say 100,000 zyl now I can continue to trade as with ord shares if I want to sell in 6 or 12 months or if I hold onto them I will get the option to buy 100,000 shares at 5c each regardless of the price in 2005. Am I under any obligation to buy the shares at that price then?
