yes to answer all questions , except you are under no obligation to buy. the options can lapse if you decide not to take them up,
and the strike price is .06 not .05.
also they are 'american' style options, which means you can take them up at any time.
different to 'european' style options which can only be taken up on the day they are due.
Lets say the shares go to .07 by December of this year, and they the company decide to issue a bonus share. You may decide if you want the bonus share, then you would take up the options at that time.
Bonus shares do not flow thru to option holders, as a general rule of thumb.
