The big energy players are looking. Check recent BPT announcements, Bank of America has increased/regained a substancial interest in BPT. IMHO this is with a prospect of on-selling to a major player. That major player (eg, major oil/resource company) would in the end need a substancial take-over premium over the then current SP to get control of BPT. So, don't sell your BPT shares early.
