this should be trading at $1.30 just to be on par with TCL, plus CEU has extra cash and could do better traffic numbers than forecast.

In the past week i have seen 3 different brokers come out with stong buys and target prices of $2.

but what do the sheep in the market do? pour more cash into BHP, RIO and WPL in the belief that commodity prices will keep rising. CEU is on an 11% yield and should be able to pay $0.07 in distributions from cash flow.

sell in boom buy in doom.

i say start swtiching from resources into beaten down infra and prop stocks, yields over 10% and trading at huge discounts to NTA.
