Up 11% so far, higher petrol price will only effect the type of cars we buy and not the way we travel.
If there is a westlink, it would've cost twice as much for the same return you get from Eastlink :p
What I'm trying to say is that if you re-value their assets it would worth a damn lot more than the costs they incurred to built it.
