This is a quote from an article, dated 5 months and 2 weeks ago (Nov 2010):

"Iron Ore Holdings will examine a number of options for rail infrastructure for its projects in the Pilbara in Western Australia. New CEO Alwyn Vorster said...."

Every presentation since has made mention of ongoing discussions in relation to infrastructure.

There is definitely a range of negotiations happening in the background, it's just a shame we can't be a fly on the wall.
