The new shares under the institutional placement don't trade until 27th April, likewise the retail issue won't trade until the 19th May.
So the dilutionary effect of the rights issue is not reflected in the SP yet.
Once the additional 33.4mm shares are trading it will roughly dilute the SP another 10%.
