They usually ask the question when the price rises, not when it falls
And any old answer will do
Oh and a third point, they never do anything to any company, or they don't reply to any complaints unless pushed and it is a waste of time when/if they do.
So in a nutshell they they are pretty useless and only do what is legally required.
Not that I want to be seen to be knocking them.
