I try and base my decisions without emotion, as such I'm having great difficulty understanding the fear around any kind of default or depression.
As much as some hippies hope for it to happen, there is no way that governments, businesses and individuals will just roll over and say "game over, it was fun"
Times have changed, we are smarter than we were generations ago and live in a competitive landscape.
People will be seeking out opportunities for themselves, countries (china/india) can use any weakness (lower commodities) to accelerate their growth even more.
