"The MOU contemplates that the EPC Terms Sheet will contain the following principles:

• NFC will be appointed by Rex as the principal contractor and in turn NFC will sub-contract certain engineering and
construction activities of the EPC Contract to Arccon;"

I'm not sure how much more succinctly it can be put. The principal contractor is NFC. The key part of the announcement a few weeks ago is that NFC are going to help coordinate finance with Chinese banks.

It isn't a good look for Rex that AZG went bust. But I am certain there are multiple other parties who can fill the void left by AZG. The Md has mentioned this in the past. Engineering contractors in South Australia (more than anywhere else) are suffering currently and will desperately compete for this work.

It would be good for Rex to inform the market of the exact proposed role of AZG though so we don't have to read the same garbage posted on this forum over and over.
