Looking at App 3Y for changes to shareholdings on 1/8/07 it is possible that 1m options were transferred between interests. I thought it was more than that but he has disposed of 3.6m shares (at a guess - 2.5c and 1.7m options (at a guess - .007c). A net sale value of $100k.
This coy is really struggling and will have to raise more funds within 3 months. Money will run out in 6mths if no further fundraising. They are spending $250k per qtr. To raise $1m to make it worthwhile they will have to issue 65m shares at 1.5 cents. With 295 m shares on issue that's quite a dilution.
