    The first settlement should be different from the second as they are on different days. $1.46 is your governing price regardless of what they say as that is the sale/purchase that failed.
    The question that has to be asked is why did the purchase fail. Get your facts right on this first like was there enough money in the account according to CommSec terms etc.
    Worked out on the later sale they should owe you $1496.80.
