Julia simply ran out of people she could have appointed as Education Minister.
More than half of her parliamentary mob are either ministers or secretaries. She had so many comrades she owed for dumping Rudd and making her PM.
Problem is how will they all fit on the front bench when parliament resumes. Its going to be hilarious!
