Morrocco is a hot spot for oil and gas companies at the moment -chevron bp cairn energy etc.

If it is such a prospective place why hasnt it already been tapped and drilled in the past?

I know cap juby is drilled. but from the sounds of things alot more can be uncovered. why only recently have companies woken up to the potential?
