We need to call the CFO and ask them straight whether or not the inevitable scale-back will be on a pro-rata basis (based on the shares you held on 15th Feb).
I wonder when the sell-off will happen; the stock has been traded heavily for the days since the Ann. Just hope to be able top up at a reasonable price even if the allocations are heavily diluted.
