And I mean instantly, like only a split second passes. There is not time hat passes to build the buyers from 1 to 8. No, its immediately 8 new buyers. Can someone explain how this happens?

Lots of trades are automated, they work off conditionals and rules that you can set. Like "if price goes over 95 cents, then put a buy order at market price".
