can someone please explain?

Just been watching the trading on GPE over the last day or so - there seems to be a big seller at .012 which lists the sell with a 100k volume. Every time a buy occurs the sell of 100k at 0.012 remains.

Is there software that allows a seller to put orders in at certain volumes that allow a repeat of the same order when a sale goes through?

I suspect that the dumping is continuing with small parcels - rather than by putting in a huge sell order.
