Please tell me more about how the peers in the industry who are stilling drilling will reach the market with a fully operating production plant with no debt to catch the robust pricing environment within the next two years.

I am stone cold and do not let emotions influence my decision making despite my young age. Like you, this is not my 'first rodeo' either. My projections are conservative and fall within the ball park of the majority of the shareholders on here.
