    Tamara, those appear to be three separate disclosures of the same holding. Because solomon lew controls premier and has a large stake in it ( you can look up how much for yourself ).

    So you cant add those numbers together and conclude he has 75%.

    I am curious why the takeover is not making more progress at these levels.
