~ the only relationship per se, is we spoke at times during the shareholder action (249D) and he was of great assistance helping me get my head around some of the financials (company financials being my absolute weak point) and of course we spoke when we were canvasing the idea of nominating a director - and here we are

~ perplexed how you have come to this conclusion, but it is neither here nor there.

"What motivation does he have to do anything at all?"
~ it is an interesting question and the best way I could answer,

• what motivated myself or @franky1 to take shareholder action, spending a vast amount of time organising the action, and the out of pocket costs
• or what motivated all the behind the scene people to give up a very lot of time, to build a website
• or a paralegal that proof read over 100 documents / letters and re-wrote them to a point we could send them to our lawyer (saving a lot of legal expenses)
• or the shareholder that spent hours getting all the documents prepared to be digitally signed
• or the 3 nominated Directors, that self financed all their involvement in the action

Sometimes the only motivation you need, is putting your hand up to try and help make a difference .. .. .. .. ..

Getting information from the Company was always going to be problematic once de-listed, I will add to that, as recently I generally get a email reply within days or a bit longer for more complex queries. Always through the 3rd party, as it was whilst they we still listed .. .. .. ..
