Following the sale of Morila SA to the Republic of Mali, announced on 31 January 2025, the
Company has completed the sale of all Malian Subsidiaries to a local businessman. All liabilities have
remained with each subsidiary and no guarantee nor indemnity has been provided by Firefinch. The
collective value of the sale was US$4,000

That "local businessman" referenced in today's announcement by FFX surely must be the new leading contender for the Deal of The Century. A $4,000 Jundee moment. It will probably transpire that it's the ubiquitous Seydou Semega.

What did the "local Businessman" get for the $4,000? The new fleet of trucks we were assured were on site before the whole show fell over?

The refurbishment of the office was $100,000, not $85,000 or $117,000, a nice round $100,000.

It would be interesting to see itemised records of these transactions.
