If distributing LLL shares without LLL trading on ASX, what is the value, the deemed value?
nobody wants to stick their neck out in the legal sense because the master might dish out punishment

distributing shares or the cash proceeds of shares seems to be the same or similar?
the capital account available to use in the distribution wouldn't change, would it.
