Read Matt's letter to shareholders here;

Further to that read Matt's biography and '
condensed' letter to shareholders statement that was included in the Annual General Meeting Explanatory Memorandum here, which hasn't referenced the waiving of Director fees.

* also pay some attention to the Board's recommendation against electing Matt and their reasoning for making their recommendation.
I'll accept your critique of myself and
@franky1 on the basis of I can't remember all the conversations around Matt waiving director fees, but I am somewhat confident that it was at his insistence.
* given that the Company hasn't released an Annual Report for the period ending, 31 December 2024, I made the assumption that it was the case he wasn't paid Director fees based on his letter to shareholders poster on HotCopper that he was waiving these
* I will make comment about the "expenses" that Matt has paid, on reflection Matt may well be getting reimbursed for the out of pocket expenses,
ie: airfare and sundries (as per previous post) and may be incorrect as it was also an assumption.
@dazaliam when the Company do eventually release the 1/2 yearly accounts which will then allow them to release the Annual Financial Audited account then we will know if there has been any remuneration made to Matt.
