From memory there is a restriction @franky1 on word count for nominated directors biography and combined letter to shareholder, whether this was the reason Matt's statement was condensed or edited I don't actually remember.

Send an email to the Company and ask them?
While you are at it, ask them where the 1/2 yearly & annual accounts are, and when is the AGM
