When launching a product one would not inform market before a marketing campaign has kicked off.
Just bad for business as it takes away the timing aspect which is a big part of succesful marketing in a very competitive market space.
Crossmark is not doing this for the first time.
This all has little to do with PNO now.
When Crossmark starts the campaign, to what extend however ( remember it is also in Crossmarks interest to achieve high sales ), we will hear from PNO as well.
They are calling the shots on the marketing strategy.
