I think my last post changes everything, if GLE intend to remove 240Pu using Silex technology, then they sure as hell would not want Silex to know because that may be cause for the agreement to lapse?

As for the Translucent thing, well I reckon we will know pretty soon who Translucent have been talking with, in the Q an A session that Silex had last year, they gave a time frame of this half of 2015, the same goes for Solar Systems.

I just find the fact that Translucent have licensed off the Arizona State Uni the use of their IP to use in their new highly efficient cells being developed and also other IP as well, we then see Emcore who were part of the manufacturing of these new cells selling their own space division.
It is well worth remembering that Emcore failed in it's own attempt to make a new four junction cell with an efficiency above 50%+, now add to that the fact that Emcore had several high positions in its Space Solar business who came from the Arizona State Uni who had worked on that same IP that Translucent now hold the license to, add to that that Translucent also have several people who also worked on that same tech, then remember that Emcore had signed two large contracts for Space Voltaics in the last six months, why in the hell were they selling? was it because they saw the Translucent technology and what it was capable of ?
We now know that Realterm Global has started another branch called SolAero, who just purchased Emcore's space technology, they got all of the staff and all the manufacturing equipment and buildings, this is the same manufacturing equipment and people that worked on the new cells being developed using Translucent substrate, now add to all of that the fact that Realterm Global has just created another branch called Realterm Renewables to look after just Solar, it was once part of Realterm Energy, but no longer, Realterm Energy will now concentrate on only LED lighting, both street lighting and general household lighting, it is now also worth remembering that some of the IP from the Arizona state Uni was also related to LED manufacturing using cheap substrate instead of Sapphire.
The solar cells that SolAero produce are going from an average installation size of between 1 and 10 MW to and Average system size of 100MW, that is the average size, just how many per year will be interesting, that is a hell of a jump and I very much doubt that those average installation will be flat panel somehow.
I also happen to think that SolAero may be making new LED's somehow, this is all part of what Realterm Global call vertical intergration.

Remember that another branch of Realterm Global is Realterm Indospace and Realterm Global has just secured around $250 million or was it $280 million? anyway it was for solar installations in India.
