A lot has been said on this forum about shorting the ASX especially during the 12 straight down days and the ease it was manipulated.
6.25% in the Bank doesn't look too bad and investment property prices in Sydney are a bargain (especially apartments in the city).
The fact is, there really isn't any reason why an investor should venture into the Bear's cave!
