    No problem with the other Le Creuset pans with boost, but the frying pan specifies gentle heat, so I never run it above 6 unless it is full of meat when it can take 7 without overheating. But generally I prefer to cook slowly so the food isn't burnt. Mrs J prefers to burn it a bit to get it over and done with quickly

    The smallest pan has a huge crack running round 90% of the base where it was dropped on the floor. The tile is not a pretty sight either! but the pan still works fine and doesn't leak.
