Not based on current ARPANSA standard for limiting exposure to radiofrequency fields 100kHz to 300Ghz. So where are these numbers being pulled from?
A group in USA, "Physicians For Safe Technology" have tabled wireless exposure limits in different countries (for radiofrequencies 300MHz-300Ghz). I haven't delved into credibility of this group, but compare poster figures above with this table:
