The article in the AFR didn't seem to do much for the PPX or PXUPA price today. PXUPA now $17 (lowest price this year was $16.25).

Graham and SUX supporters, just a few thoughts:

Orbis had some kind of similar battle to you, perhaps, when they fought the Centro battle to get better returns. They fought alongside, funnily enough, some hedge funds or other- NY hedgies- who were also involved in the RPF disaster- maybe York Capital and Verde. Orbis probably knows exactly how this stuff operates. Become their frenemy. ;)

Also, have you been able to keep an eye, in an updated way, on who is buying up PXUPA's? If they get into the hands of those who want a "PPX outcome", instead of a PXUPA outcome", then it might be difficult for you to get the numbers. Deep pockets will always win.

It's tough, because we've seen PXUPA's price fall so hard, and we know that The Rich can make them fall further, if they wish them to. That puts small retail holders into a hard position, because not many can afford to lose their capital (even if there is a cloudy possibility for them to get more back later). It's not about weak hands- it's about poor hands. But where do the PXUPA's go when they leave the poor? Find out! :)

And Graham, if you do get the numbers, and it becomes a matter of winding up PPX, or whatever it is, how long would that kind of thing take to do? Court cases, etc?

    Cheers.
