I haven't researched the voting rules for PXUs but typically you need at least 50% of the number of holders that vote at the meeting to get a resolution up.
So the number of actual voters is important too.
Understand PXU has a lot a small holders (Ma and Pa) so this would typically work in our favour ie a NO vote.
Others may have a better idea on winding up but AET&D (part of BEPPA) still has not been wound up after 2.5 years, but I expect this has something to do with advisors being paid heaps p.a. for managing the business up to a 3 year maximum :)
