    I think "aggregate" in this context is "outstanding" or "remaining".

    Say they issue $100mil hybrids nut have subsequntly converted or cashed out some. The remaining notes drop to $50mil. A trigger happens so the remaining small amount can be forced to cash out. Tidy up the house. JMHO.
