We'll only know it was the bottom after we've well and truly passed it and it will feel like yesterday or the day before with us going down down then suddenly going back up - and we're waiting to go down again but instead we move up then sidewways then up and back a little and then up again like an old lister motor - like this one for anyone off the land - had to watch to watch the handle didn't break your leg when it started spluttering & chugging into life:
