I dipped the toes in STO today. Is there concerns over STO performance.. Yes. Could the stock slide further.. Yes. Is there negative sentiment towards STO.. Yes. However, STO have worked hard towards lowering their average cost per production. They are also working to reduce debt levels which will help improve cashflow and improve profits. STO has currently reached a strong support point but could break down to $2.50, the upside from their is significant. Hence, only some capital allocated with reserves left if it dips. Commodity linked stocks are cyclical and I strongly believe this could be a good short term investment.
