STO is a buy I reckon. Even at current oil prices, their breakeven is at $37 or $36 per barrel, not that it means anything will all the triple point zero cost option contracts they have. Good entry point. The fact they have stopped dividends and are focusing on free cash flow is another positive.
Just my opinion. Won't stay below the 3's for too long.
