I note that Albers has now reduced his holdings from 22.19% to 19.85%. Maybe under section 606 of the Corporations Act 2001 he unknowingly exceeded the 19.9% takeover rule and is now reducing his holdings to comply.

From memory under section 611, one can incrementally over time increase holdings above the 19.9% level but I am not sure of the conditions that then apply to a compulsory TO.

In the absence pf Corporation Act implication, the decision to reduce at this time does not make obvious sense to me and I do not wish to be like the 'cat.
