Up until Dec 2010, Albers held ~24% since the last rights issue over a year ago.
Since Dec 2010, he's offloaded around 4% as reported in three substantial shareholder notices, which brings his holding to 19.9%.
You'd think if there was an issue under section 606 of the Corporations Act 2001, it would've triggered a response well before now ?
